Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a lead ion fluorescence detection method and a nanoparticle fluorescence sensor for lead ion detection. The preparation steps comprise: (1) separately synthesizing nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles; (2) respectively modifying the nanoparticles and the gold nanoparticles with two different DNA single strands, wherein the two DNA single strands are partially complementaryand matched to each other; (3) incubating the DNA1-modified nanoparticles and the DNA2-modified gold nanoparticles in a buffer solution for 90 min to obtain a hybridization solution; (4) adding different concentrations of lead ions to the hybridization solution to unwind the DNA double-strand the nanoparticles and the gold nanoparticles; (5) measuring the fluorescence of the system at a room temperature by using a fluorescence spectrometer; and (6) according to the fluorescence intensity signal, recording the test results.
