The on-line corrosion monitoring optical fiber sensor comprises an optical fiber matrix without a 10 to 20mm sheath and a coating layer; the optical fiber matrix comprises an optical fiber core and a cladding layer used for coating the external surface of the optical fiber core; the cladding layer comprises fracture surfaces, and a fracture part between the opposite fracture surfaces; the optical fiber core possesses exposure parts at thefracture part; the external surfaces of the exposure parts are provided with alloy sensitive film layers; the alloy sensitive film layers are applied onto the fracture surfaces.
