Modified plastic used for thin-wall plastic parts and preparing method thereof

Modified plastic used for thin-wall plastic parts is disclosed. The modified plastic is prepared from, by weight, 70-80 parts of fluoroplastic ETFE, 10-15 parts of high-temperature resistant PPA, 4-10parts of an anti-warping agent, 3-7 parts of a strengthening flowable agent and 1-3 parts of an antioxidant. The modified plastic can be directly used for producing thin-wall plastic parts, and the thin-wall plastic parts can achieve a molded wall thickness of less than 0.15-0.2 mm, a thermal distortion temperature of 170-180 DEG C, high hardness, good toughness, and the like, and can still maintain certain performance meeting application requirements after being roasted at 185 DEG C for 20 h. 本发明公开了种薄壁塑件用改性塑料，它是以下述重量配比的原料制成，氟塑料ETFE 70-80份、耐高温PPA10-15份、抗翘曲剂4-10份、增强流动剂3-7份及抗氧剂1-3份。本发明改性后的塑料可直接用于生产薄壁塑件，塑件能达到成型壁厚小于0.15～0.2mm且热变形温度达到170～180℃，硬度高韧性好等性能，而且采用185℃培烘20h仍然保持定的性能使用要求。
