Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a green synthesis method of 2-hydroxy-3-nitroacetophenone. The method comprises the following synthesis reaction steps: using carboxylic acid as a solvent, adding a metal saltcatalyst to m-nitroacetophenone, and performing a catalytic oxidation reaction so as to achieve oriented hydroxylation on m-nitroacetophenone and obtain the 2-hydroxy-3-nitroacetophenone. The reactionequation is shown as follows. The yield of the 2-hydroxy-3-nitroacetophenone obtained by using the synthesis reaction is improved remarkably, and the method not only is environmentally friendly, butalso saves the production cost. 本发明公开了种2-羟基-3-硝基苯乙酮的绿色合成方法,包括以下合成反应步骤:以羧酸为溶剂,间硝基苯乙酮加入金属盐催化剂进行催化氧化反应,使间硝基苯乙酮定向羟基化,得到2-羟基-3-硝基苯乙酮,其反应方程式如下所示:该合成反应得到的2-羟基-3-硝基苯乙酮的收率得到了显著提高,不仅环境友好,更节约了生产成本。
