The rubber crushing machine comprises a crushing box, wherein the inner upper half part of the crushing box is provided with two first rotating shafts which are parallel to each other, first crushing rotary cutters are alternatively arranged on the two first rotating shafts, one end of each first rotating shaft respectively extends into a first power box on the outer side of the crushing box, a first power apparatus for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate is installed in the first power box, the wall of the inner lower half part of thecrushing box is provided with an opening, the opening is provided with a telescopic crushing apparatus, and the inner middle part of the crushing box is connected with a screening apparatus which is horizontally arranged.
