Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tube hole stamping process for an air conditioner radiator tube plate. The tube hole stamping process is characterized in that a servo stamping machine and a stamping die toperform stamping on the air conditioner radiator tube plate so as to form copper tube passing holes, the stamping adopts three intermittent stamping, and the pressure of the first stamping, the pressure of the second stamping and the pressure of the third stamping sequentially increases. By the method using the servo stamping machine with adjustable three-stage speed, the stamped holes are consistent in size, smooth and free of burrs, and a copper tube can penetrate the tube plate.
