Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a preparation method of sophora flower tea. Sophora flower buds are screened; an earthen pot is used to stir-fry the screened sophora flower buds for enzyme-deactivating; sophora flowers are screened for drying; the screened sophora flowers are dried to water content of 50-60%; the sophora flowers in the step 3 and sophora flower buds in the step 2 are mixed according to a weight ratio of 1:1 into a mixture pile; the mixture pile is placed in a dark environment; the placing method is conducted as one layer of the sophora flowers and one layer of the sophora flower buds in a stacking manner; a 30-mesh separator net is arranged between each layer of the sophora flower buds and sophora flowers; the mixture is placed for 72 hours; the mixture is baked to water content of 25-35%; the baked mixture is wrapped and kneaded for 30 minutes when the mixture is still hot; the mixture treated in the step 5 is put in the earthen pot to be stir-fried until the water content of the mixture is 7 |
