The network IP distributing method comprises the following steps: receiving IPdata from optical fibers through Ethernet PCS/PMA and Ethernet MAC, and outputting IP data massage on line through AI-STREAM; separately broadcasting the received data message to a managing router and a service router through a broadcasting module; discarding the received IP data message through the managing router or sending the received IP data message to a data management processing module; discarding the received IP data message by the service router or sending the received IP data message to the service data processing module.
