Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a laser device having a laser power supply system with the low current rising function. The output current of a laser driving power supply is started at three stages. To be specific, after starting, a laser current increases slowly from zero to a threshold current at a first stage; an output current of a driving power supply is kept to be a threshold current level at a second stage; and then the laser current increases slowly from the threshold current to a working current at a third stage. When the output of the driving power supply is stopped, the current is reduced slowly from the working current to zero, wherein the stage is a reduction stage.
