A chromatographic condition is as follows: an octadecyl bonded silica gel chromatographic column is adopted, a mixedsolution of phosphate buffer and methanol is taken as a flowing phase, the volume ratio of the phosphate buffer to methanol is 6: (3.5-4.5), the detection wavelength is 220-230 nm, the column temperature is 25-35 DEG C, and the flow rate of the flowing phase is 0.7-1.0 mL/min.
