The invention provides a preparation method of a blocked isocyanate modified quaternary ammonium silicone copolymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting epoxy-terminated polysiloxane and a compound containing tertiary amine groups, adding diisocyanate, polyether polyol or polyether amine to carry out a stepwise polymerization reaction, and finally adding a blocking agentfor blocking, thereby obtaining the quaternary ammonium salt-containing polyurethane modified silicone copolymer.
