Epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified phenolic resin and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified phenolic resin and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing a thermoplastic phenolic resin, epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and a catalyst, putting a solvent into the thermoplastic phenolic resin to dissolve the thermoplastic phenolic resin, further adding the epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane and the catalyst, and stirring so as to obtain a uniformly dispersed solution; and 2) carrying out a constant-temperature backflow stirring reaction onthe uniformly dispersed solution obtained in the step 1) in a nitrogen atmosphere, and removing the solvent after the reaction is completed, thereby obtaining the epoxy polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified phenolic resin.
