The invention relates to a dry-forming process and device for fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate. The dry-forming process includes following steps: 1), according to a conventional fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate production process, allowing neutralized slurry obtained by neutralizing to enter a drying system to remove a solvent therein to obtain high-solid-content fatty acid methylester sodium sulfonate slurry; 2), allowing the slurry after being dried to enter a curing stay column for curing treatment; 3), allowing the slurry after being cured to enter a steel belt cooler forcooling curing forming and slicing treatment on the same to obtain a sheet fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate product with solid content greater than or equal to 85%.
