Oxalate salts of teneligliptin and solvates thereof, intermediates, process of preparation

The present invention provides oxalate salts of teneligliptin and solvates thereof exhibiting superior physiochemical properties. In particular, crystalline form of teneligliptin 2.5 oxalate 1.0 hydrate and crystalline form of teneligliptin 3.0 oxalate 1.0 hydrate are disclosed.
