The invention provides a hole digging method, an apparatus and a system for automatic avoiding line. The hole digging method comprises the following steps: firstly determining a signal line with a minimum distance from a to-be-dug pin of a connector as a target signal line, then, generating a prohibited wiring area corresponding to the to-be-dug pin on layers except a layer where the to-be-dug pinis located, and finally digging a hole in the prohibited wiring area. Wherein, a projection of the prohibited wiring area on the PCB does not intersect with a projection of the target signal line onthe PCB, and the minimum distance between the projection of the prohibited wiring area on the PCB and the projection of the target signal line on the PCB is larger than a first preset distance. It canbe seen that in the hole digging method, apparatus and system for automatic avoiding line, the prohibited wiring area is provided, the hole is dug in the prohibited wiring area and does not intersectwith the target signal line
