The method comprises the steps that a feature pattern of a user accessing at a first moment is determined; a first target user accessing at the first moment and keeping access at a second moment is determined, wherein the second moment is the following moment of the first moment; a sending signal of the first target useraccessing at the second moment is determined according to a feature pattern obtained when the first target user accesses at the first moment; and channel state information of a new access user at thesecond moment is determined according to a preset mode, and a sending signal and a feature pattern of the new access user at the second moment are determined according to the channel state information.
