Picture acquisition output method, device, server and practical training all-in-one machine

The invention discloses a picture acquisition output method for solving a problem that only a PTZ camera can be adopted when shooting a multi-angle picture. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a panoramic picture collected by a fixed camera in real time; determining the currently to-be-displayed picture region; intercepting the corresponding display picture from the panoramic picture according to the region coordinate of the to-be-displayed picture region; and encoding the display picture and outputting to display equipment.
