A PTFE emulsion added into paste is broken by water-soluble acid gas, so that PTFE spherical particles suspended inthe emulsion are broken and extended to be in fiber shapes, and a high-performance supercapacitor electrode with stable coating layer structure is obtained; the PTFE fibers are similar to steel bars in a building material and have effects of bridging in the electrode coating layer, and colloidal particle-shaped binding agent is similar to cement in the building material and has a point-to-point binding effect between an electrode active substance and conductive agent particles and between an electrode coating layer and a current collector; and by a synergic effect of the colloidal particle-shaped binding agent and the PTFE fibers, the interface binding force between the electrode coating layer and the current collector is ensured, and the structure stability of the electrode coating layeris also improved, the fabr |
