The invention solves a problem that the detection of cargos in the whole vehicle is liable to be neglected. The system comprises an access door terminal and a plurality of tags. The access door terminal comprises an RFID antenna, an RFID reader-writer, a processor, and an output module. Each vehicle is provided with one tag, and the processor is in communication connection with the RFID reader-writer and the output module. The RFID reader-writer is in communication connection with the RFID antenna, and the RFID antenna and the tags are in radio frequency connection. The processor comprises a storage module and a verification module, and the tags store the sequence number information.
