The method takes mixed gas of sulfur trioxide and water steam or sulfuric acid steam as reaction gas, and a sodium fluorosilicate solid is fluidized to react in a fluidized bed reactor. Compared with existing liquid-solid mixed reaction, the method has the advantages that the mass and heat transferefficiency can be strengthened, the volume of the reactor is reduced, the energy consumption is reduced and the cost is reduced. 本发明公开了种使用氟硅酸钠制备氟化氢的方法。使用三氧化硫与水蒸汽混合气或者硫酸蒸气作为反应气,在流化床反应器中将氟硅酸钠固体流化并进行反应。该方法相比于现有的液固混合反应能够强化传质传热效率,减小反应器体积,降低能耗,减少成本。
