The high-elasticity composite pad is prepared from a foaming layer and a non-foaming layer compounded without using an adhesive, wherein the foaming layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 12-19 parts of LDPE, 5-10 parts of POE, 14-17 parts of DCP master batch, 40-55 parts of AC master batch and other auxiliaries. According to the high-elasticity composite pad and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, by adopting the foaming layer with good resilience and high environmental friendliness and bonding the foaming layer and the non-foaming layer at the time of foaming without using an adhesive, the time is saved, the efficiency is improved, and energy is saved while the environment is protected.
