Zusammenfassung:	The invented method is that under the condition of water existance, the ultrasonic wave method is used to make the liquid monomer disperse in water to form stable emulsion, then the polymerization is conducted under the action of initiator. In said method no additives such as disperser and emulgent are used, thus the obtained polymer is relativly pure, the inversion rate of polymerization is high and the post treatment is simple.
