Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a micro-fluidic chip and method for detecting the deformation of red blood cells. An undulated micro-fluidic channel is adopted. The micro-fluidic chip comprises an inlet, a first buffer straight channel, a first connecting part, an undulated channel, a second connecting part, a second buffering straight channel and an outlet which are successively connected with one another, wherein while the continuous squeezing pressure is provided, the red blood cells are bent and deformed along with the undulated change, so that the stress of another form is provided; by adopting aperfusate propelling apparatus, by virtue of a height difference controlled pressure gradient method, the perfusate is injected into the micro-fluidic chip used for detecting the deformation of the red blood cells, and the flow of the perfusate in the micro-fluidic chip is promoted; and by adopting the micro-fluidic chip and the method, an aim of in-vitro detecting the deformation of the red blood cells can be achieved, |
