Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process method for preparing balanced beverage by using moringa leaves. The process method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adopting the traditional beverage extraction technology to obtain 20% of moringa leaf extract, 10% of sand pear juice, 5% of mulberry juice and 5% of purslane extract, and adding 1% of honey, 2% of oligosaccharide, 50% of water and 7% of auxiliary materials and the like, wherein the amount of the auxiliary materials is flexibly adjusted according to the taste demands, and the total amount of the raw materials does not exceed 100%; mixing, sterilizing, filling and storing; therefore, the obtained high-grade beverage has unique flavor, can mildly tonify liver and kidney while removing toxins deposited in the liver and the kidney and sterilizing so as to have double effects, and prevents a human body from being hurt due to excessive detoxification of the juice.
