Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method for a loquat-flavored herba dendrobii lollipop. According to the preparation method, herba dendrobii powder slurry is prepared from ultra-fine herba dendrobii powder, then loquat pulp and the herba dendrobii powder slurry are stirred to form puree, maltose is added for seasoning, finally sterilizing, cooling and shaping are carried out to obtain the loquat-flavored herba dendrobii lollipop. The preparation method has the advantages that the nutritional and medicinal values of herba dendrobii and loquat are fully utilized, meanwhile, the taste of thelollipop is adjusted by using the sweetness of the loquat, the maltose is used for neutralizing the cold property of the loquat and the herba dendrobii, and the defects that existing herba dendrobii products are not easy to eat and carry can be overcome in a targeted mode through individual package; and meanwhile, no pigment or seasoning are added in the preparation process, and the produced lollipop is sour, sweet, tasty |
