The method comprises the following steps: allowing a first detection device to receive afirst evaluation operation request inputted by a user; allowing the first detecting device to detect the basic information of a device to be recovered according to the first evaluation operation request, and obtaining the first information of the device to be recovered; allowing the first detection device to send the first information of the device to be recovered to a server so as to allow the server to obtain the recovery quotation of the device to be recovered according to the first information of the device to be recovered, the second information of the device to be recovered and the thirdinformation of the device to be recovered.
