The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a solid pier body built-in frame and a method of using the solid pier body built-in frame for constructing a solidpier body. The solid pier body built-in frame includes multiple sections of built-in frame units which are sequentially connected in a vertical direction; each built-in frame unit includes at least four vertical bars, multiple transverse bars and multiple oblique support bars; the vertical bars are arranged at intervals to form a polygonal frame; at least two transverse bars are disposed betweenany two adjacent vertical bars, and the two ends of each transverse bar are connected with the two vertical rods respectively; at least one oblique support bar is disposed between every two adjacent vertical rods, one end of each oblique support bar is connected with the corresponding vertical rod, and the other end of each oblique support bar is connected with the corresponding transverse bar. The solid pier body built-in
