Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses high-low temperature urea grease composition with flame resistance and a preparation method of the high-low temperature urea grease composition. The high-low temperature urea grease composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 67-87 parts of synthetic base oil, 5-15 parts of a polyurea-based thickener, 1-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene gel, 2-3 parts of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate and 2-5 parts of micro-nano borate T36A. The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps: feeding the syntheticbase oil and the polyurea-based thickening agent into an oil-bath heating reaction kettle, stirring the mixture uniformly, and performing saponification to form grease to prepare basic grease; then adding polyvinyl alcohol, the polyisobutylene gel, zinc dialkyldithiophosphate and micro-nano borate T361A sequentially to the reaction kettle, and stirring and dispersing the mixture uniformly; finally, performing homogenizat |
