The invention discloses a rubber softening device which comprises a softening tank, wherein the softening tank is connected by four upright columns in a supporting manner; a discharging hole is formedin the bottom of the softening tank; a conveying belt is arranged below the softening tank; a rotary plate is rotatably connected to each of the two opposite inner walls in the softening tank in a matching manner; the two rotary plates rotate to be horizontal to form a flat plate; a wedge block is arranged on the lower side of each of the rotary plates; an air cylinder is mounted on the wall on each of the outer sides of the softening tank; a piston rod of each of the air cylinders penetrates through each of the walls of the softening tank and stretches into the softening tank; a push block is fixedly connected to the piston rod of each of the air cylinders; the push blocks are opposite to the wedge blocks in arrangement.
