The device comprisesa shell, an electromagnetic induction module and a feeding module; and a feed port is formed in the side surface of the shell. A closed welding device is adopted, that is, the heating of parts is finished in the shell, so that the operation safety is improved; and meanwhile, an electromagnetic induction principle is adopted, so that the heating speed is higher, and the welding speed is acceleratedcompared with traditional resistance welding. 本发明公开了种基于碳纤维材料的改进型的铁画制作用焊接装置,涉及铁画加工设备领域,包括机壳、电磁感应组件和送料组件,所述机壳的侧面设有进料口,本发明采用封闭式焊接装置,即在机壳内完成零件的加热,提高了操作的安全性,同时,借助于电磁感应原理,相比传统的电阻焊,加热速率更高,提高了焊接速度。
