The process comprises the following steps: S1, picking and cleaning blueberries; S2, crushing; S3, cooking; S4, preparing a syrup; S5, preparing a mixed pulp: pulping 3-5 parts of dragon fruit, 3-5 parts of mangoes, 2-4 parts of pineapples, 4-8 parts of pears and 2-4 parts ofhoney peaches by weight respectively to obtain raw pulps, filtering the raw pulps with a sieve to obtain fine pulps, and mixing the various fine pulps to obtain a mixed pulp; S6, mixed cooking: mixingthe raw blueberry jam, the syrup, the mixed pulp and a thickener in a weight ratio of 100 to 10-20 to 10-20 to 1-2, stirring uniformly and then cooking for 15-20 min to obtain the blueberry jam.
