Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a fabrication process of a motor steering device. Microspore processing is performed on a copper sheet to form a plurality of nanometer holes, the fabrication method is characterized in that a surface material of the motor steering device comprises the copper sheet and bakelite powder, surface processing is performed on the copper sheet before pressing and formation so that micropores being 1-3 micrometers are formed in the surface, the copper sheet and the bakelite powder are pressed and formed so that complete seamless combination of the copper sheet and the bakelitepowder is achieved. The fabrication method has the beneficial effects that the problem of low rotational speed during application of a product of a traditional process is solved, the problems of wearto an inner surface and an outer surface and serious heat generation during application are reduced, and the service lifetime of the product is prolonged.
