The separator controller comprises a feedback controller, an instruction generator and a state observer group. The instruction generator generates an attack angle instruction according to an attack angle instruction profile designed on the basis of a pitching angle speed instruction and inputs the attack angle instruction to the feedback controller; the state observer group includes first and second state observers, and is used to observe a controlled object and input information to the instruction generator, and the first state observer uses an observation result thereof as input of the feedback controller; in the control process, the first and second state observers identify a stable zero-control balanced state of the controlled object; and the instruction generator determines initial time of the balanced state, and after the time, the generated attack angle control instruction is switched to that of the attack angle control inst |
