The controller receives different electroplating production process flow instructions in the industrial personal computer for adjustment and execution, receives a bridge crane position signal acquired by the laser ranging device and a performance parameter signal acquired by the detecting sensor, performs comprehensive processing and calculation to determine the central position of a station and calculate deceleration positions and deceleration areas on both sides of the station, processes and converts the data transmitted from thelaser ranging device, and compares the data with target data to determine and control a bridge crane motion direction.
