Rotating device for prefabricated component of prefabricated concrete structure and operating method

The invention relates to a rotating device for a prefabricated component of a prefabricated concrete structure and an operating method. The device comprises two platform steel plates vertically welded, lifting devices and connecting structures; a plurality of the connecting structures are provided, and are fixedly arranged on the ground by fixed steel plates, and the upper portions are connected with the vertical intersection portion of the two platform steel plates; the two platform steel plates are hinged to the ground by being connected with the connecting structures for achieving a 90-degree rotation; a plurality of the lifting devices are provided, vertically arranged on the ground of both sides of the connecting structures, and parallel to the connecting structures. The invention also provides the operating method for the rotating device for the prefabricated component of the prefabricated concrete structure. The rotating device can be operated by only one person, be convenient and efficient to operate,
