Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses recombinant epoxysuccinic acid hydrolase. The recombinant epoxysuccinic acid hydrolase is derived from rhodococcus RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) and has an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1; the sequence of a coding gene of the recombinant epoxysuccinic acid hydrolase is shown as SEQ ID NO: 2. The invention further provides a gene protein expression, purification and enzyme-catalyzed reaction kinetic research method and result of the recombinant epoxysuccinic acid hydrolase; a recombinant strain based on escherichia coli is constructed in vitro; the recombinant straincan be used for efficiently transforming epoxysuccinic acid into L(+)-tartaric acid after being induced, wherein epoxysuccinic acid provided by the invention refers to cis-epoxysuccinic acid (the sameas below). Furthermore, the invention further provides a determination method; the determination method can be used for rapidly determining the activity of the recombinant epoxysuccinic acid hydrolase which is induced and exp
