The system comprises a satellite attitude control simulation system, an active pointing extra-static platform control simulation system, a load simulator, a moving target simulation assembly, an optical compensation quick reflector control simulation system and a verification computing unit. The satellite attitude control simulation system simulates the attitude of a satellite. The active pointing extra-static platform control simulation system simulates an active pointing extra-static platform. The load simulator simulates a load.
