Zusammenfassung:	This invention uses bauxite or aluminium ash or chimney ash, sodium carbonate or caustic soda, limestone or lime to produce clinker of rapid coagulant, under the action of mineralizer; it uses clay, limestone or lime to produce clinker of cement under the action of mineralizer; then high-effective water reducing agent is added. After mixing and grinding, rapid coagulant for concrete is produced. It possesses advantages of early coagulation, increased late strength of concrete, long quality guaranted and non-toxicity.
