The welding device is fixedly mounted on a welding table and comprises a hub fixing assembly and a fan blade supporting assembly. The fan blade supporting assembly comprises a fixed base plate, a driving cylinder, a fixed vertical plate and a fan blade supporting piece, wherein the driving cylinder and the fixed verticalplate are fixedly arranged on the fixed base plate, and the fan blade supporting piece is slidably connected with the fixed vertical plate. The fan blade supporting piece comprises a supporting blockand a supporting plate. One side of the supporting block is slidably connected with the fixed vertical plate.
