The stoma comprises an interface pipe, an upper bag, a lower bag, a data raft and a cabin body, when the stoma is used, the excrement inlet of the upper bag adheres to the skin in the periphery of the stoma of a patient, and when the collecting amount of excrement reaches two third, the upper bag and the lower bag are communicated; a powder spraying bending head nozzle assembly and a liquid spraying bending head assembly are switched on, an excrement outlet is switched on, the collected excrement in the upper bag enters the lower bag to be mixed with sprayed curing powder and disinfecting liquid, after a while, spraying is conducted on the interior of the upper bag by the liquid spraying bending head nozzle assembly, back flowing liquid is collected by the lower bag, powder spraying is conducted by the powder spraying bending head nozzle assembly for a while, after curing disinfection is completed, the lower bag is simply taken out, sealed and put into a
