Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a shared bicycle advertisement system and advertisement method based on NB-IOT. The advertisement system comprises an advertisement unit arranged on a shared bicycle, a remoteterminal and a background control center; a bicycle advertisement APP and a data processing SDK are loaded on the remote terminal, the data processing SDK is communicated and connected with the background control center through a second NB-IOT terminal module; the advertisement unit comprises a persistence of vision display module, a first NB-IOT terminal module and a radio frequency label; the first NB-IOT terminal module is coupled with the persistence of vision display module through a serial port, and is communicated and connected with the second NB-IOT terminal module of the remote terminal; the background control center comprises a third NB-IOT terminal module, the third NB-IOT terminal module is communicated and connected with the first NB-IOT terminal module and the second NB-IOT terminal module, thereby m
