The method comprises the following steps that: obtaining the video imageof a target object; extracting a first image and a second image from the video image, wherein the first image is used for representing static state information in the video image, and the second imageis used for representing the position change information of all pixels in the video image; and through the first image, carrying out living body analysis to obtain a first analysis result, carrying out living body analysis on the second image to obtain a second analysis result, and according to the first analysis result and the second analysis result, determining whether the target object is a living body or not. According to the method, the static state image information and light stream information in the video are fully utilized to carry out living body detection, and in addition, a user does not need to finish var
