Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an efficient vacuumizing method of a cryogenic insulation gas cylinder. The efficient vacuumizing method comprises the following steps: 1) heating a liner of the cryogenic insulation gas cylinder to be vacuumized, performing pre-vacuumizing, controlling the heating temperature to be 140-160 DEG C and heating time to be 5-6 hours, and when the vacuum degree of the gas cylinder is equal to or smaller than 10 Pa, stopping pre-vacuumizing; 2) performing nitrogen displacement on the interlayer of the gas cylinder, and controlling the interlayer pressure after nitrogen displacement to be 0.07-0.09 MPa; 3) repeating the step 1) and the step 2), continuously performing heating, pre-vacuumizing, and nitrogen displacement on the gas cylinder, and respectively performing heating, pre-vacuumizing, and nitrogen displacement for three times; and 4) continuously heating and vacuumizing the gas cylinder, controlling the heating temperature to be 140-160 DEG C and the heating time to be 44-48 hours, an |
