The repairing construction method specifically comprises the following construction steps: (a) carrying out flaw detection on a paving layer of a damaged bridge surface, designating a to-be-repaired region through a square, and measuring a length a and a width b of the to-be-repaired region; (b) producing a prefabricated upper layer, remaining a construction margin e respectively to the length and width values of the prefabricated upper layer, wherein e is less than or equal to 0.6cm; (c) producing a prefabricated lower layer, remaining a construction margin e respectively to the length and width values of the prefabricated lower layer, wherein e is less than or equal to 0.6cm;and (d) eliminating concrete of the paving layer in the to-be-repaired region by virtue of a cutting tool until a bridge surface plate is exposed, distributing positioning columns corresponding to positioning holes in the pr
