The method comprises the steps that firstly, the high-carbon gold concentrates are put into a stirring tank for slurrying; after the temperature is increased to a certain temperature, kerosene is added for reducing the activity of carbon; after stirring for a certain time, filtering is conducted, andfilter residues are ground and then added into a cyaniding stirring tank for slurrying again; and caustic soda and sodium cyanide are added, the ph value of slurry and the concentration of the sodiumcyanide are strictly controlled, and gold and silver in the gold concentrates are leached and recovered.
