Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of fermentation, and discloses a process for preparing lysine by fermentation, wherein the process comprises the following steps: inoculating a fermentation tank containing a fermentation culture medium with a corynebacterium glutamicum seed solution according to the inoculation amount of 5-10%, and carrying out aerobic fermentation with the fermentation temperature of 32-35 DEG C and the tank pressure of 0.05 MPa, and fermenting for 48-60 h to obtain a fermentation broth, wherein ammonium chloride is continuously added as a neutralizer of the fermentation broth in the fermentation process. The process has the advantages of simpliness, low cost and high lysine production efficiency. 本发明属于发酵技术领域,公开了种发酵制备赖氨酸的工艺,其包括如下步骤:将谷氨酸棒状杆菌种子液按照5-10%的接种量接种至含有发酵培养基的发酵罐中,进行好氧发酵,发酵温度为32-35℃,罐压为0.05MPa,发酵48-60小时得到发酵液,发酵过程中持续加氯化铵作为发酵液中和剂。本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,产赖氨酸效率高。
