The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding and crushing carbon nanotubes to obtain carbon nanotube powder; carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the carbon nanotube powder with concentrated nitric acid, andenabling the carbon nanotube powder to be uniformly dispersed on the surface of a substrate; meanwhile, forming a dense carbon layer structure on the surface of the substrate in the combustion process, thereby inhibiting thermal movement of a substrate molecular chain; then preparing silica sol by using a tetraethoxysilane hydrolysis method.
