The invention discloses an outdoor polyurethane composite plate and a production method thereof and belongs to the technical field of composite plates. The outdoor polyurethane composite plate comprises a surface material and a base material; the surface material is thermoplastic polymeric material or coating gum; the base material is rigid polyurethane plate material having a density of 250-600 kg/m , comprising, by weight, 30-70 parts of polyurethane rigid foam material, 0-70 parts of inorganic powder material and 0-70 parts of fiber material; the surface material covers the surface of thebase material. The production method of the outdoor polyurethane composite plate includes: producing a rigid polyurethane plate, applying the surface material to the surface of the base material by squeezing or casting or coating, and carrying out hot pressing. The problems of the prior outdoor plates, such as proneness to breaking, proneness to damp absorption and mildew, and low stability, aresolved; the outdoor polyuret
