The preparation method includes: sequentially adding 107-109g of hydrogen-containing double sealing head, 12.16g of alcohol, 40-60g of xylene, 75.6g of deionized water and 6.08g of diluted hydrochloric acid into a three-neck bottle of 500ml, stirring at a rotating speed 150r/min, dropwise adding 166-168g of ethyl orthosilicate at room temperature for 10-30min, heating to 40 DEG C for reaction for 1-3h, heating to 85 DEG C after 30min for reaction for 5-8h, heating for distillation until liquid temperature is 125 DEG C, continuing reaction for 6h, cooling to room temperature, adding 40g of xylene and 40g of n-heptane, performing water washing until PH is about 6-7, adding anhydrous calcium chloride, drying to clear and transparent, filter to remove salt, and performing depressurizing distillation to remove xylene and n-heptane solvent to obtain colorless transparent liquid which is the modified hydrogen-con
