Acrylic acid or acrylic ester and normal alkanolserve as raw materials, photosensitized catalysts and auxiliaries serve as catalysts, reaction is performed under ultraviolet irradiation to generate the gamma-lactone, and rectification is performedafter reaction to obtain pure gamma-lactone. The preparation method is high in yield, and capacity can be improved and can maximally reach 89.3%. Compared with a traditional process, waste acid and wastewater are avoided, addition of peroxide radical initiators in the traditional process is avoided, and the method is safe and controllable. 本发明属于香料技术领域,具体涉及种光敏化催化制备丙位内酯的方法。本发明以丙烯酸或者丙烯酸酯与正构烷醇为原料,以光敏化催化剂和助剂为催化剂,在紫外光照射下反应生成丙位内酯,反应结束后精馏得丙位内酯纯品。本发明制备方法产率较高,有利于提高产能,最高可达89.3%;对于传统工艺,避免废酸、废水产生;避免传统工艺过氧化物自由基引发剂的加入,相对传统工艺安全可控。
